On September 30th, two Dayton pigs stopped Clifford Owensby citing the bullshit excuse that Clifford was driving away from a “suspected drug house”.
They went on to drag him out of the car by his hair even after Clifford stated he’s paraplegic—a condition that does not allow for voluntary movement of the lower body. He had asked for a supervisor but these pigs refused.
Clifford was carrying had with him his savings and his 3-year-old child in the backseat. The pig department tried to charge him for an “illegal tint” and “failure to restrain a child in the backseat.”
Clifford is planning on filing a lawsuit and contacted the sellout organization NAACP (National Association for the Advancement of Colored People) around this.
All the NAACP had to say was that it was “totally unacceptable, inhumane and sets a bad light on our great city of Dayton, Ohio”.
No wonder this organization hasn’t done anything to forward the struggles of “colored” people (Colonized people).
More than a year after the George Floyd rebellions, countless murders committed by pigs (including teenagers as young as 13) and no “community control of the police” whatsoever (a pipe dream for many liberals), another poor working class African has fallen victim to the white power state.
No matter if you’re a teenager, a child, or even paraplegic (a condition that does not allow those with it to move their lower body), filthy pigs will get their thrill out of abusing African and Colonized persons.
There exists no justice under a system built on the genocide of both its native peoples and the slave trade of Africans and Colonized peoples.
The colonial state will never show care for those it is meant to oppress, abuse and kill. Was there justice for George Floyd? Breonna Taylor? Adam Toledo (who was only 13-years-old when he was murdered by pigs)?
Thankfully Clifford wasn’t murdered by these pigs but he could very well have been; we have no control over our lives.
Justice will be served only when we, the Colonized poor and working class peoples of the world, unite with one another to take control over our lives, labor, land and resources.
The only way to take back that control is to build power, not organize to treat a symptom (like the NAACP or the frauds over at BLM). Community control of the klan? No thanks.
